The Bluejestic name and logo are trademarks of Bluejestic Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission. Similarly, you may not use the trademarks of third parties without their permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluejestic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Platform Access
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any services or content on the Platform.
User Conduct
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
Unauthorized Access
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Note
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
