1. Return Eligibility
Most items purchased on Bluejestic can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital downloads or software
- Perishable goods
- Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Seller-Specific Policies
Please note that some Bluejestic sellers do not accept returns. Always check the seller's specific return policy before making a purchase, as return policies can vary between sellers on our platform.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Access Your Order
Log in to your Bluejestic account and go to your order history. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Request Return
Click on "Return or Replace Items" and follow the prompts. Select a reason for your return from the dropdown menu.
Ship the Item
Choose your preferred return method (shipping or drop-off). Print the return label if provided. Package the item securely in appropriate packaging. Attach the return label and ship the package.
Track and Receive Refund
Track your return using the provided tracking number. Once the seller receives and inspects your return, they will process your refund. You'll receive email notifications at each step of the process.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping policies vary by seller and situation:
Free Return Shipping
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description, return shipping is typically free.
Buyer-Paid Return Shipping
For returns due to buyer preference (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), the buyer usually covers return shipping costs.
Seller Policies
Some sellers offer free return shipping as part of their customer service policy, regardless of the reason for return.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed:
Return Inspection
The seller will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.
Refund Approval
If the return is approved, the seller will initiate your refund.
Refund Processing
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This typically takes 3-5 business days, but may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refund Confirmation
You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
5. Partial Returns and Refunds
If you purchased multiple items in one order, you can return individual items:
- Select only the specific items you wish to return during the return process
- You'll receive a refund only for the items returned
- Any applicable shipping discounts may be adjusted in the refund calculation
- Bundle items may have special return policies - check with the seller
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered:
- If an item is returned with minor damage or missing parts
- If a promotional or volume discount applied to the original order

6. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or variant of the same item:
Direct Exchange
Some sellers offer direct exchanges. Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" during the return process and specify the variant you want.
Return and Repurchase
If direct exchange isn't available, you can return the item for a refund and then purchase the desired variant separately.
7. Disputes and Buyer Protection
If you encounter issues with a return or refund:
Contact the Seller
First, communicate directly with the seller through our messaging system to resolve the issue.
Open a Case
If you can't reach a resolution with the seller within 3 days, you can open a case through our Resolution Center.
Bluejestic Review
Our team will review the case, including all messages and evidence provided by both parties.
Resolution
Based on our review, we'll make a decision according to our policies and help facilitate a fair resolution.
