2.3.1. Users and sellers must not list, sell, or distribute any products that infringe upon valid patents or any other proprietary rights without proper authorization.

2.3.2. Bluejestic will respond to valid notices of patent infringement and take appropriate actions, which may include removing the infringing content or terminating the account of the infringing party.

2.4. Counterfeit Goods

2.4.1. Users and sellers must not list, sell, or distribute counterfeit or unauthorized replica products on the Bluejestic platform.

2.4.2. Bluejestic reserves the right to remove any listings that are suspected of offering counterfeit or unauthorized replica products, and may also take further actions, such as terminating the account of the seller.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

3.1. Intellectual property rights owners who believe their rights have been violated on the Bluejestic platform can submit a notice of infringement to Bluejestic's designated agent, along with the following information:
